"NUMERI LIQUIDI"

“Numeri Liquidi” is a project by Pasquale Fameli, an expositive explicitly dedicated to the famous painting Numeri Innamorati by futuristic artist Giacomo Balla. The video that will be on show, World in progress, was realized using the glitch technique, that consists of the alteration, distortion and corruption of binary code numbers of a file, or rather, the data-composition it was made up of. The same codes were then reread, forcedly, by an audio and video software, producing unexpected results. The pixels break down and mass together on top of each other. The sequence and the temporality of the original video are cancelled completely and result in a flow  of digital nature in abstract-concrete forms. The video projection will be on a wall accompanied by a synthetic installation created by the computer, a monitor and two audio speakers where the images and sounds are reproduced from the same code.
