Tickets and passe
What do the passes include?
The Full Pass grants access to DumBO on the nights of 09.10 and 10.10 + Ex Ospedale dei Bastardini on the nights of 08.10 and 09.10. It allows free re-entry to the locations. This pass DOES NOT grant access to other venues (Palazzo Re Enzo, Estragon).
The Night Pass grants access to DumBO on the nights of 09.10 and 10.10. It allows free re-entry to the location. This pass DOES NOT grant access to other venues (Ex Ospedale dei Bastardini, Palazzo Re Enzo, Estragon).
The Saturday Pass grants access to DumBO and Estragon on the night of 10.10. It allows free re-entry to the locations. This pass DOES NOT grant access to other venues (Palazzo Re Enzo, Ex Ospedale dei Bastardini), nor to DumBO on nights OTHER THAN 10.10.
Only pass holders are allowed re-entry into a venue after leaving. Single-day tickets do not allow re-entry once you exit the location.
Where can I pick up my pass?
Anyone who has purchased a FULL PASS, SATURDAY PASS, or NIGHT PASS can go to the ticket office at DumBO (or Estragon, for the SATURDAY PASS only) to collect their wristband, which allows entry and re-entry to the locations.
Are passes and tickets registered to a specific name?
Yes. If you wish to enter with a ticket purchased under another name, a name transfer is required.

Can I pay with credit or debit cards?
Yes, credit and debit cards are accepted at all festival venues.
I am a person with a disability. Am I entitled to free entry?
No, you must purchase a ticket, but you may bring an accompanying person who will receive free entry. Please email us at info@robotfestival.it to provide your names.
Venues
Are there accessible entrances for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, all ROBOT Festival #17 venues are accessible for people with disabilities. If assistance is required, please contact the Festival organizers in advance at info@robotfestival.it.
What items are prohibited inside the festival venues?
To avoid having to leave them at the entrance, please leave food, drinks, lasers, spray cans, bottles, cans, umbrellas, and sharp objects at home. Backpacks, helmets, and large items must be left at the coat check.
Is there a coat check service available?
Coat check service will be available at Palazzo Re Enzo, Estragon, Ex Ospedale dei Bastardini, and DumBO.

How do I request press accreditation or a photo pass?
If you are a journalist or photographer working for a publication, you can send your request to press@robotfestival.it.
Is ROBOT merchandise available for purchase inside the festival?
Yes, there will be dedicated merchandise areas.
